What is Winkme.org?
Winkme.org is a worldwide campaign of self-affirmation for women.
Why is this important?
Society continually urges women to examine and obsess over their flaws. "In a society that profits from your self doubt, liking yourself is a rebellious act." This is a campaign to stop that self-destructive thinking; to join the rebellion.
"Somewhere along the way we have convinced ourselves that we are unworthy of our own love and praise."
The 3 Rules of Winkme.org:
- Stop insulting yourself.
- Help others follow rule 1.
- Allow yourself and others to openly celebrate your positive qualities.

Every time you look in the mirror, compliment 1 thing about yourself! Every time!
Awareness
Be aware of the pattern of self-hatred, and consciously stop the stream of negativity.
Repetition
Change your negative thoughts about yourself into positive ones.
Don’t compare
Don’t compare yourself negatively to others or suggest that anyone is better than you in any way.
Use stickers
Use mirror stickers as a reminder to love yourself.
